WebLink, a LinkPoint feature, provides merchants the ability
to link their web site to the system in order to accept credit
card payments from customers in real-time with complete automation.
The WebLink offers the simplest and easiest form of integration
between the merchant's existing web site and the system, enabling
the web site to accept e-commerce.
To get started all you need is to get your web designer/developer
to cut and paste a simple HTML code onto your web site, a
computer (Windows 95/NT) with an internet connection and a
web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Communication/Navigator
version 3.0 and higher). Now you can have your clients place
their own orders instead of you having to type the information
in.
To process transactions:
- Customers chose products from the merchant's web site
and click the 'order' button
- The customers then fill in their information on a secure
form (name, address, credit card info, product purchased
etc).
- You get immediate verification (within 3-5 seconds).
